As I sat this morning with one of my favorite plants, a nopales cactus, I experienced time slowing down, experiencing only the moment. I could hear the birds chirping, my breath circulating freely, the warmth of the sun and the sacredness of the land I live with, completely. In those moments, I felt peaceful, happy, without a need to go anywhere or do anything. I felt my creative energy open naturally, as an expansion throughout my whole body. I could feel and see the presence of other beings around me, plant, animal as well as ancient spirits.
In those moments, I opened to what it would be like to share my reality with others and how would this be a gift for others. How can something as simple as being, and enjoying the moment be a benefit for everyone? And now, as I write this I think of Ananda Maya Ma, the spiritual being from India, who was an inspiration for many. Just by being in her presence, everything would awaken. People are known to have had spontaneous openings in her presence, healing sickness and unhappiness. Her blissfulness inspired others to feel the happiness and joy, within.
This is just too easy, I thought to myself. Can being what I am be so easy, effortless, and natural that it inspires others to be who and what they are? and we can all live abundantly by by doing so and be happy?
